SportCredible is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect use store and share your personal information when you use the SportCredible platform. By using SportCredible you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly including display name email address profile photo favorite sports teams and preferences posts predictions comments and other content you submit and communications you send to us. We automatically collect technical information including IP address and approximate location device type operating system and browser information pages visited and features used time and duration of your visits and voting and engagement behavior. If you register using a third party service such as Google we receive basic profile information from that service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for account creation and management, platform operation, verification to prevent duplicate accounts and fraud, communication including account notifications and newsletters, moderation to enforce our Community Guidelines, personalization based on your sport preferences, analytics to improve our features, advertising to display relevant advertisements, legal compliance, and safety to detect and prevent fraud and security threats.

SportCredible does not sell your personal information to third parties. The following information is publicly visible by default: your display name and profile photo, your posts predictions comments and takes, your prediction record and accuracy statistics, your reputation score and badges, and your account join date. We share information with trusted third party service providers including hosting providers email delivery services analytics providers advertising networks and payment processors. We may disclose your information when required by law or to protect the rights or safety of SportCredible our members or the public.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days except where required by law. Public posts and predictions may remain visible in anonymized form after account deletion.
6. Private Messaging
SportCredible offers private messaging between mutually following users. Messages are stored securely in our database. SportCredible moderators may review message content when a report is filed for violations of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service. By using the messaging feature you consent to this moderation policy.
7. Your Privacy Rights
You may request access to correction of deletion of or portability of your personal information. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. To exercise these rights contact us at contact@sportcredible.com. We will respond within 30 days.

SportCredible uses cookies to keep you logged in remember your preferences analyze Platform usage and deliver relevant advertisements. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
