SportCredible Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SportCredible you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms you may not access or use SportCredible. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and contributors of the Platform. SportCredible reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered members of significant changes via email.
2. Eligibility
To register as a member of SportCredible you must be at least 13 years of age, provide a valid email address for verification, agree to these Terms of Service in full, not be a previously banned member of SportCredible, and not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law.
3. Account Registration and Security
When creating your SportCredible account you agree to provide accurate and truthful registration information, maintain the accuracy of your account information, keep your password secure and confidential, not share your account with any other person, notify SportCredible immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. Each person may only maintain one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent ban of all associated accounts.
4. User Content
SportCredible allows members to submit posts, predictions, comments, and other content. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content to SportCredible you grant us a non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free license to use display reproduce distribute and promote your content on the Platform and in connection with SportCredible marketing and promotional activities. All User Content must comply with our Community Guidelines. Predictions submitted on SportCredible are permanently recorded and publicly visible. Predictions cannot be deleted or edited after submission. SportCredible moderators have final authority over outcome determinations.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to violate any applicable law or regulation, create multiple accounts or impersonate any person or entity, use automated scripts bots or other tools to interact with the Platform, attempt to manipulate votes predictions or reputation scores, scrape crawl or data mine the Platform without express written permission, transmit any malware viruses or harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, harass threaten or abuse other members, post spam unsolicited promotions or misleading content, circumvent any technical measures we use to enforce these Terms, or sell transfer or monetize your SportCredible account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on SportCredible that is not User Content including our logo brand name design graphics and software is the property of SportCredible and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on SportCredible without authorization please contact us at contact@sportcredible.com.
7. Privacy
Your use of SportCredible is governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Third Party Links and Services
SportCredible may contain links to third party websites or services. SportCredible does not endorse and is not responsible for the content privacy practices or terms of any third party websites or services.
9. Monetization and Advertising
SportCredible displays third party advertisements on the Platform. SportCredible may earn commissions through affiliate links. SportCredible may offer premium paid membership tiers.
10. Disclaimers
SportCredible is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind. User Content represents the opinions of individual members and does not constitute professional sports financial or legal advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law SportCredible and its owners employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SportCredible and its owners employees and affiliates from any claims damages losses liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising from your use of the Platform your User Content your violation of these Terms or your violation of any third party rights.
13. Termination
SportCredible reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason including violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Michigan.
